  • Breastfeeding Support Group
    Breastfeeding Support Group


    Kilkeel Sure Start supports breastfeeding and you are more than welcome to use our facilities whilst feeding your baby. Our breastfeeding group offers support to pregnant and breastfeeding parents, no matter what stage they are at. Our health visitor, midwife or peer breastfeeding support worker are on hand to offer breastfeeding help, information and support and this is a great chance for you to meet other mums who have experienced breastfeeding themselves and for you to spend more time with your child.     Baby Massage


    Our Baby Massage classes are for parents with young babies up to 9 months old and allow you and your baby to have one to one time with each other in an unhurried way. It relaxes your baby, improves circulation, digestion and nervous system and promotes weight gain. Baby Massage also promotes nurturing, bonding and positive interactions and can be relaxing for mum/dad and baby. Enquire

    Sure Start Developmental Programme for 2-3 Year Olds


    Our Kilkeel Sure Start Developmental Programme for 2-3 Year Olds provides a play based learning environment for children. We provide an integrated and holistic approach to children's learning to enable the children to reach their full potential and aim to make the transition into pre-school much easier. The programme runs from September to June and focuses on developing each child's sense of identity by encouraging independence, giving choices and introducing social guidelines. Our environment offers children a chance to participate in art, music, stories, sand and water play, imaginative play and lots of outdoor play. Enquire
